Processing Times
Orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Please note that weekends and holidays may affect processing times.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping method chosen.

• Standard Shipping (U.S.): 5–10 business days

• International Shipping: 10–20 business days (times may vary depending on destination and customs)

Print-on-Demand Orders
Because many of our products are made-to-order, fulfillment times may take a little longer than standard retail items. Your order will be sent directly from our printing partner once it is produced.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package’s progress.

Delays
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. To help us resolve the issue quickly, send an email to support@counselandflow.com with:

• A description of the issue

• Clear photos of the damaged product and packaging

Once we receive your request, we’ll review the information and provide instructions for replacement or refund.
